Current Practice

Stacey Mescall is an associate with Saltman & Stevens, P.C. focusing on litigation, bid protests and international trade. While in law school, Ms. Mescall worked at the Pentagon for the Office of the Chief Attorney of the United States Army on government contract and administrative law issues. Her educational background in antidumping and countervailing duties and her experience in all aspects of government contract litigation bring value to Saltman & Stevens’ clientele.
